"Dear Ray, I attended the Ray Jordan Wine dinner at Indiana last Friday and wish to thank you for an excellent evening. The wines were all wonderful and extremely well matched with the courses even though some of the flavours of the dishes were a little surprising to me. I was blown away by the way the 3 Drops Riesling could handle the grapefruit and how well the Plantagenet Shiraz went with the 5 spiced pumpkin. The whole evening was extremely well presented. The address by Chris Taylor, your insightful commentry through out the meal and the opportunity to discuss the food with Ben Davies all added up to the ultimate gastronomic experience. All this together with a copy of your 2010 WA Wine Guide resulted in a magnificent evening of exceptional value. Well done and congratulations to everyone involved. Many thanks"
