The fruit from these old unirrigated vines was co fermented in four-year-old French oak. The result is stunning. There is texture, palate weight and richness, but very little obvious oak influence. Creamy, thick and vibrant at the same time with a lively long finish. Super stuff.

Beautifully fragrant and perfumed Cabernet. There's a leafy mix of red berry and cedar with some almost floral notes. The palate is controlled and effortlessly long with fine grained oak, silky fine but firm tannins and deep concentrated fruit. Best wine yet from the new team.
